Appointment by Phone
To make a consultation appointment by phone please take note of the following:
- Call our office at (425) 450-0880 between the hours of 7:30 am - 6:00 pm
- Dr. Naficy conducts consultations on Mondays and Fridays
- There is a $75 fee for consultations with Dr. Naficy
- Julie Legman, PCC conducts free consultations Monday through Friday
- Consultations with a provider for non-surgical treatments are also free of charge
- Specify whether you'd like to meet with Dr. Naficy, Julie Legman or if you are interested in a non-surgical consultation or treatment
- If you wish to have a treatment at the same time (for example Botox), please mention so when making your appointment
- You can save time by downloading and filling out the required registration and medical history forms [51kb PDF] ahead of time, or filling out the online version of these forms.
