This man had a saddle-nose deformity of his nose as a result of a surfboard injury and a primary rhinoplasty procedure years ago. His nose had a broad and flat appearance and the tip of his nose was droopy. He underwent revision rhinoplasty with cartilage graft and a Gore-Tex implant to help correct his problems and to obtain a more natural and aesthetically pleasing contour to the nose.
